SCGI module
This module provides functions needed by the SCGI interface (SCGI protocol). The majority of these functions are used by the SCGI template (scgi.ks) and should not be called directly by programs. The exceptions are scgiEnv, which should replace any call to getEnv within an SCGI program, and scgiPage, which may be overloaded in the same way that displayPage is overloaded in web applications.
